So for my regular readers, a bit of deja vu. Some of these passages are from my original review as I began the painting process. I’ve finished now, and I’m really happy with this piece of art I’ve created. I hope you enjoy the sights, be sure to check out Centrion’s website!

Guardia Small Gates is a small, modular set piece for TTRPGs sold by Centrion Studios on Etsy. Here is the direct link to this item on etsy.
But they also have a website! https://www.centrion3d.com/
This gate plugs directly into the Kingdom Of Guardia Wall System.
First, let me show you an image from their store that shows the two options that this set comes in, then the rest are my original photos that I took myself. It comes in 28mm and 30mm sizes with “roof top” or “open top” as an option. See below:

Alright if this is your first time here, this is my foray back into TTRPGs with my kiddo, you can see my first post setting up here. The Guardia Small Gates came with free shipping, packed very carefully in a large box with plenty of room to protect the goods. They come gray and unprimed as they show in the store image, I used the primer shown in one of the photos to turn this whole project black. The grates might get a treatment of red paint to simulate rust, but otherwise I’m leaving them black. Instead of expensive hobby paint, I always opt for very inexpensive acrylic paint you can get at any store. Sometimes 2 for 1$ even in today’s economy.
The Guardia Small Gates is available in a roof top version, or a special version with an awning on top of the roof for guards. This also plugs into the Guardia Walls! I have some of those on the way to review them as well!

The portcullis gates, as you can see in the image below, are fully removeable as well as the gate over the room. The gates are firm and thick, they are not in the slightest bit flimsy and that is always a concern with thin items. This is a well built item with no real flaws.
It looks good from any angle, and if the open connectors to the Kingdom Of Guardia wall system bother you, it’s not much work to cover them.
There are a lot of little details that make this a beautiful set piece like the removeable floor grate on the second floor.

I did mention in a previous room that even the interior was fully detailed. Now you can see that detail in full color. I only did so much as the clearance to paint was limited… but I think it turned out well.

Other cool features are the little bits liek the trellis sides on the rear. Or that the portcullis gates are fully removeable!

But those gates are real bad @$$ to look through.
So…
10/10 Stars
- It’s affordable – Prices start at about $15 USD to $28 USD
- Fully detailed – Inside and out, plus since it’s true 3D the brick work matches on both sides.
- Modular – Part of sets you can buy separately to build a larger display or simply have more options for modulat play.
- Good customer service – They are there to answer questions.
The “Small Gates of Guardia” are part of a modular wall system that’s very affordable. Here’s the link!
