Wyrd news release

With the upcoming return to publishing “Wyrd” I wanted to give y’all a heads up on what was coming

good sh*t!

But also

human made sh*t.

In this project I am hiring a small crew of freelancers to work with me from around the world. I am choosing a hard focus on creatives outside the “West” with “Wyrd.” “Wyrd” itself is a multi-verse but also very multi-cultural and broader than normal stories in the approach it uses. Part of the intent of this story is to shatter not just stereotypes but also hard nationalistic worldviews.

what’s coming is a five page prologue, completely new. It was not in the original comic. You are going to see characters from three different public domain stories. The authors?

Philip Francis Nowlan, Dick Calkins, Fritz Lang, Thea von Harbou and Jules Verne.

You will see some art from three different artists.

“The Incomplete Orchestra” will release soundtrack music on streaming services.

However

I didn’t just want to imitate my old business model, so with this release we are starting

Digital goods proposal:

For a super cheap price like say $5… you get

1. The story in PDF format
2. high resolution images from the story, separately
3. Several music tracks associated with the story
4. Several bonus tracks from The Incomplete Orchestra
5. A licensed beat with either a premium or unlimited license, possibly an exclusive to the supporter pack
6. Photographs from me under a “stock photo” style license so you can create derivative works.
7. Something else bonus but I don’t know what that might be yet.

All of these works will be human works, from the art to the music to the writing. There is no AI involved in these projects.
